Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Dominos Franchises (operated by PLACEHOLDER_ENTITY, “we”) collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written with reference to India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

The short version: we collect only what you choose to send us through a form, we use it only to respond to you about franchise information, and we never collect payment details of any kind.

What we collect

Information you give us via the enquiry form: your name, phone number, city, indicative budget range, timeline, and optionally your email address.

Information you give us via the newsletter form: your email address only.

Information collected automatically: standard analytics data via Google Analytics 4 — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, and referral source. Our hosting provider also processes technical request logs.

What we never collect: card numbers, bank details, UPI IDs or any other payment information. There is no field for it anywhere on this site, because we never take payments. If a page claiming to be us asks for payment details, it is not us.

Why we use it, and on what basis

• To respond to your enquiry about franchise information and point you to the appropriate official channel or a relevant alternative. Basis: your consent, given when you submit the form.
• To send you material you asked for, such as a newsletter or downloadable guide. Basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it. Basis: your consent to analytics cookies.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us operate the site, and only as far as needed:

• Our hosting provider, which serves the site and keeps technical logs.
• Google Analytics, for usage measurement.
• The form-delivery service we use to receive and store enquiry submissions and to notify us of them.

Some of these providers process data outside India. We may also disclose data where required by law. Where we work with a franchise advisor to respond to an enquiry, we will share your details only for that purpose and only with your consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record of the conversation, and is deleted when it no longer serves that purpose or on your request. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data follows Google Analytics’ own retention settings.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function, plus analytics cookies set by Google Analytics 4. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will still work, though we will no longer be able to measure usage.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you
• Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or updated
• Have your data erased
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf
• Raise a grievance about how we handle your data

To exercise any of these, email PLACEHOLDER@example.in. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already happened while consent was in place.

Grievance contact

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, contact us at PLACEHOLDER@example.in and we will respond. You may also escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This site is intended for adults evaluating a business opportunity. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable measures to protect the data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above will always reflect the current version.
